Terms & Conditions

• All rates displayed are valid immediately-December 2025.
• All conditions and rates are applicable at the time of publication and subject to change without prior notice.
• In case of bad weather, Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach offers a backup venue to continue the event.
• To secure the date and venue, a 50% non-refundable deposit from the wedding package & dinner reception is required by the latest 14 days after the agreement is signed.
• 50% of the rest of the payment should be settled by the latest 90 days prior to the wedding date.
• Cancellation received within the following period is subject to the following cancellation fees:

- Before 90 days prior to the wedding date-50% from the wedding package.

- Within 90 days prior to the wedding date-50% from the entire arrangement.

- Within 30 days prior to the wedding date-100% from the entire arrangement.

• Outside food & beverages are not allowed during the event and in the case of permission will be subject to additional corkage fees.
• Surcharges apply during the high season & peak season period (July & August 2024/2025)
