Wedding Terms & Conditions
- All rates displayed are valid from September 2020-December 2022
- All rates are inclusive of prevailing government tax & service charge
- All conditions and rates are applicable at the time of publication and subject to change without prior notice
- In case of bad weather, Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach will offer a backup venue to continue the event
- To secure the date and venue, a 50% non-refundable deposit from the wedding package booked is required the latest 14 days after the agreement release
- Half of the total wedding and dinner arrangement payment should be settled the latest 90 days prior to the wedding date
- Cancellation received within the following period is subject to the following cancellation fees:
- Before 90 days prior to the wedding date – 50% from the wedding package
- Within 90 days prior to the wedding date – 50% of the entire arrangement
- Within 30 days prior to the wedding date – 100% from the entire arrangement
- Outside food & beverages are not allowed during the event and in the case of permission, will be subject to an additional corkage fee
