This hotel is amazing we had a fabulous time.The rooms are huge and lovely and clean , the staff are amazing so friendly and always with a smile . The location is perfect for relaxing by the pool or beach or for exploring. This place lived up to expectations and we would definitely recommend anyone to stay there.

It was absolutely beautiful. The pool area was so well done you had some shaded spots with trees , water fall area just beautifully done. Looking out at the ocean. The room was amazing so spacious, with seating area lovely decor. Bathroom was big corner bath , well designed. Breakfast was fantastic the buffet had so much choice of lovely foods so many different things to choose from. Staff were so friendly couldn’t do enough for you, just an amazing holiday . Would definitely recommend and will return. Thank you hotel Nikko for making our stay so wonderful.

We stayed in a Deluxe room which was way beyond our expectations. At 45 sqm it was huge! The foyer and grounds of the hotel are beautiful and spotlessly kept. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic spot. Walk out front to great selection of restaurants and mini marts near by. The pool was lovely and yes there are a few broken tiles which I’m sure will be fixed soon but the outlook is great and plenty of comfy sun lounges around. Loved our stay at the Nikko

It was very spontaneous decision to book this hotel. However we did not regret. Hotel located on Benoa Beach in Nusa Dua. Amazing breakfast with a nice sea view and specious cozy rooms. The bed was so comfy. Room was always clean. It has all required amenities for comfortable stay. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Will definitely come back to this hotel. If you are not using minibar and you want to remove it to just use the fridge, hotel will charge you IDR50000. Hotel has very big outdoor swimming pool and nice restaurants.What I would recommend to improve: please put cushions on sun-benches as it is so painful to lay on it. Would also recommend to clean the beach near by hotel from seaweed.Comparing to neighboring hotels Nikko Benoa Hotel provides way better quality service on more affordable rates.Thank you for unforgettable time in Bali.

Can I say we have stayed at this accomodation many times and for a good reason. The room is comfortable, the bathroom excellent, the bed comfortable, the breakfast excellent, lunch at the pool amazing, swim up bar fantastic, close to amazing restaurants like the bumbu bali. Staff excellent and so helpful, then the surrounds with water sports and the other facilities make it a superb place to stay as a couple or as a family. We will be staying there again which says how we would recommend this resort to anyone.

The location is what makes this hotel the best; a perfect place to explore Tanjung Benoa. Go out and you will see many restaurants right on the sidewalk. Stay in the hotel and enjoy the pool if you are tired of going out. However, this hotel is best if you need a short nap or rest at night, not really suitable if you are dreaming of luxurious, five-stared services.

A group of 35 of us stayed at the Nikko and we all loved it. The staff were so nice and were always there to help. The kids loved the kids play room and all us adults loved the enormous pool and bar. It is located perfectly near all local shops and on the beach. If you want the perfect resort in Bali, this is the one. Thank you Nikko resort

Everything was supper good. Nice breakfast, clean room, good service, good location to stay and visit in Nusa Dua. Nusa Dua also is very popular touristic place, you can visit many places in there. The hotel helps you to arrange tour,hire a taxi,shuttle service. We stayed in family suite and our children who are 3 and 6 yrs old enjoyed too much at the hotel.

A group of 25 of us just left after 7 days at the Nikko and we had a fabulous stay. The hotel was very accommodating to us as a large group and even thanked us for spending time and money at their bar and restaurants. It is a quiet hotel that is perfect for a relaxed stay. The hotel grounds are immaculate and the pool enormous and very clean, they staff happily blew up large pool floats for our children to use whilst staying! The front desk staff, housekeeping, bar staff and morning breakfast staff where all so lovely! I highly recommend the breakfast!!! Such a vast variety of different foods (including an omelette station) that changed daily and situated with views of the ocean. Water sports can be booked there and the hotel has taxis that you can use for 5hrs at a small fee. The rooms are huge and they conveniently have joint rooms for families. Thank you Nikko we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast! It was for all people, perfect. European, Indian, American, Asian breakfast. Enough sunbeds, a wonderful huge pool with a bar inside. The stuff was very helpful and everytime friendly! Every day they cleaned the beach. I can recommended the wonderful "Bali night" from the hotel at fridays. A great and delicious Bali buffet and wonderful dancers with a combo! In the opposite from hotel are also cheap and nice restaurants. We will definitely come back!!!! Thanks for this wonderful stay!

Superb friendly staff in all areas of the Resort. Very good and varied breakfast. Lovely spacious rooms. Good size lagoon pool. Would definitely visit again.

We had 5 fantastic days at the Nikko. Having travelled overseas over many years as well in NZ and Australia, we were so pleased with the quality of service, accommodation and facilities at the Nikko. It was refreshing to experience the professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail of the staff. This was consistent across the staff and not the exception.The maintenance of the grounds and pool area was undertaken daily, even scooping up the Frangipani flowers multiple times a day. Pot plants in the hotel are cleaned daily.We dined in all three restaurants. Being from Italian heritage Giorgios pizza was one of the best we have had in a long time. Nagisa Japanese was a lovely experience. We ate at Bali Luna three times and was good value for money. The tuna sandwich was especially great.The massage facility was clean and the service professional,and great value for money.We highly recommend the Nikko for special and quality holiday!

Hotel and facilities very good. Pool and associated beach very clean. Several local restaurants reasonably priced and very friendly. Buffet breakfast at hotel excellent and staff smiling and friendly/helpful.

My first solo holiday was nothing short of brilliant. This is the property for you if you want a quiet holiday with access to the most amazing restaurants. Happy hour by the pool is great and I loved that it included fresh coconuts. The room was fantastic and very clean! The amenities were great - even the gym which I was using in the mornings. The on site spa is divine - thank you for the discount on arrival. A special mention to Giorgio’s (Italian) and Nagisa Izakaya restaurants (Japanese). Both of these restaurants used the freshest produce and I enjoyed my two times dining at each. Could not fault the service or food - it was AMAZING. 10/10 for Hotel Nikko - thank you I hope to be back again soon

We stayed in Nikko Hotel Benoa for the 2nd time end of May 2019. Already booked for May 2020.. why ? Because we loved it !! Every one always makes us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Its not a huge property, structure and architectural reminded me of my good old days when I used to live in Indonesia.Pool bar, breakfast buffet, Giorgio, Nagisa Izikaya, the spa, yoga class, of course the pool and the beach.. all are awesome !!! Yes there are a bit of pieces that could use some updating but compare to other hotels and locations that we’ve stayed in Bali, we definitely can say : we love it hereEasy stroll to other resto for culinary adventure. Love the sunrise! Highlight would be some of the staff members remembered us from the previous year’s visit. How can we not love this place ? Thanks for the always pleasant stays and looking forward to see you again next year

I stayed for 2 nights from January 3rd but wish it was for longer. Everything was perfect from the friendly check in to the room cleaners and especially the nice food for breakfast with a huge selection catering for many nationalities.The room price for a deluxe seaview room was a good price when you compare it to other hotels of a similar quality in Tanjung Benoa.The location was also good with many restaurants etc. and mini supermarkets just a couple of minutes away.The bed was huge and comfortable and good hot water pressure all the time.The view from the room was nice overlooking the pool area and the nearby ocean. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

I liked the restaurant and amenities at Hotel Nikko. It was a nice break from the villas we were staying at. It was nice to have a day not having to scooter around just to eat good food.

The Nikko is well located about 20 mins from the airport in the heart of Tanjung Benoa surrounded by convenience stores and a few restaurants. One we liked in particular was the Queen of India. We also ate at the hotel, the Italian restaurant was very good as was the beach front restaurant and well priced. Our Ocean View Premier Suite was superb. Loved the size of the room, the big bath and toiletries. The best view in Bali. Excellent buffet breakfast, catering for all nationalities. Egg station was brilliant and great coffee. The Pool was lovely and deep and the swim up bar was well stocked and had a great happy hour from 3pm to 7pm. My only disappointment was the pool doesn’t open until 8am and at home I lap swim every morning before breakfast for 90 mins so my routine went out the window but apart from that I loved the hotel. We are planning to come back for our wedding anniversary next year. We are seasoned Bali travellers as we come to Bali for around 8 weeks a year and we highly recommend the Nikko Hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel Nikko for 2 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon in Bali. On arrival the greeting we received in the grand lobby was very inviting and the welcome drink was refreshing. We were super lucky to receive an upgrade to the ocean front suite and wow wasn't it amazing. From the ample lounge space, huge bathroom with beautiful views from the bathtub and the most comfortable bed our stay was amazing. We enjoyed drinks at the swim up pool bar, breakfast had a great range of choices and we dined several times at their Bali Luna Restaurant which I reckon had the best Nasi Goreng I had in Bali! We chose to pre-book a romantic beach dinner and we were not disappointed, the set up was stunning and very romantic for our special trip - the steak the prepared for our main was to die for! We were treated to a 1 hour Balinese massage and the spa was very professional and very relaxing and the gym was small but had all we needed and a great view! All in all we had a fantastic stay at this resort and would definitely recommend and come back - Loved it!

Nikko is amongst the nicest hotels around. Great pool, nice rooms with good airco and super clean. We enjoyed the balcony very much. Additionally, the breakfast was really elaborate and up to standards. Rarely have I eaten such good eggs. The staff, from front desk to maintenance were all super friendly. The hotel is also excellently positioned, close to many restaurants and massage places. I wished I could go back!!! Thank you team, for helping making my first Bali-trip unforgettable!!!

Lovely stay nice and quiet and clean comfortable rooms with fantastic staff with a smIle on their face all day. Nice big pool on the beach and cool pool bar. Were given a room with bad moisture and damp smell on second floor however on advising front desk we were moved no problems.
