Cancellation Policy

Please take note of our cancellation policy:

Free cancellation is allowed up to 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. However, if cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged. To avoid any inconvenience, kindly ensure that the credit card used for booking is the same as the one presented upon check-in. Should be there any changes to the credit card used, please inform us in advance to avoid any issues during your stay. Please note that if a different credit card is presented at check-in, it will be used to pay for all expenses incurred during your stay.
