Can I request a specific room/suite (preferred floor, etc)?

For all bookings made directly with us, we will do our best to meet your needs and requirements, but we cannot make any guarantees.

How can I cancel my booking?

It depends on how you made your reservation. If it was made directly with the hotel then you can contact our Reservation Team.

If it was made with a 3rd party, such as Expedia, or a travel agent please contact them directly.

How far in advance do I have to book?

To secure some great rates and your favorite room we suggest  you book as early as possible.
We sometimes have last minute availability, but in general the earlier you book, the lower the room rate.

It is cheaper to book online?

Can we book with you and cancel the reservation that was made through the agent and pay directly on arrival?

We work with many travel partners, each of which has its own terms and conditions.

Can I cancel my booking because of force major ?

Please contact our Reservation team for cancellation on direct bookings due to force major. If you have booked through third party (online or offline), please contact your agency for the cancellation.

Is there an foreign exchange service at the reception desk?

Yes, hotel guests can exchange currency at the official money changer in the lobby.

Is my credit card information safe on your website?

Like the majority of websites Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach uses SSL encryption to protect any data that’s transmitted between a website and a shopper.

The SSL encryption requires a secure form of communication between a website and the consumer, known as HTTPS – where the ‘s’ stands for secure. This is indicated to the user in the URL which displays ‘https’ in place of the standard ‘http’.

It also shows the padlock symbol on the left-hand side of the URL bar which reassures people their data is secure when entering bank details or viewing their account online.

Is it possible to pay with credit cards?

Yes, it is possible. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, Diners Club, and UnionPay.

Which credit cards can be used for online payments?

Major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and JCB.

Will my credit card be charged prior arrival?

It will depend on the deal/package you have booked.

Is this hotel accept contactless payment?

Is breakfast included when I stay?

It depends on your rate that you’ve booked or the package you have purchased. For the deals that include breakfast, we offer an International buffet breakfast at the Grand Benoa Resto.

Are there gluten-free items on the menu?

Options are available and you can arrange this on request with the hotel.

Can breakfast be served in my room?

Breakfast in room can be served through In-room Dining service.

Is room service available? If so, at what times?

Yes, room service is available daily from 12:00-22:00 (Last order 21:30) and you can view the selection here.

How many bars does the hotel have?

Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach has two bars:

Aloha Pool Bar - sunken bar in the heart of the lagoon pool.

Samudera Lounge - an open air lobby bar with full view of the Indian Ocean.

Do you provide lactose free milk in hotel ?

We can provide lactose milk based on request by the latest 2 days before arrival.

Does the hotel have internet connection?

For our guests we offer free Wi-Fi connection available in the room and all of the hotel common areas.

Is there car parking spaces or a car park facilities at the hotel?

Our hotel has a private car parking with valet service upon request.

What time is the swimming pool open?

The Swimming Pool hours are  from 8:00 until 20:00.  Pool towels are available to guests staying at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach free of charge.

Are extra beds and baby cots available in the room?

Extra bed are available on request and may be applied with additional charge.

This feature is only available for:

  • Deluxe series
  • Ocean View Suite,Ocean View Suite and Ocean View Suite Premiere

Baby cots are available on request and are free of charge. Not suitable for a child over 4 years old.

Do children stay for free?

Yes, children up to the age of 4 years old stay for free (accompanied by an adult).

Is a babysitter available and what is the cost?

Babysitters are available at the hotel but must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

The additional charge* for Babysitting service is;
IDR100,000 net/hour/child

The following transport fees apply for all bookings:
More than 4 hours IDR50.000
Less than 4 hours IDR100.000

Cancellation fees apply to bookings canceled less than 5 hours before the babysitter is due.

*Prices may change without notice.

Is there a hair dryer available in the room ?

Yes, we provide hair dryer in all guest rooms.

Is it possible to arrange a playstation in the room ?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to setup playstation in the room. However we have playstation available in Cening Kids Club for children below 12 years old.

Is the Kids Club free of charge ?

Kids club is free of charge for children 5 until 12 years old. For children below 5 years old, a parent or babysitter is needed to accompany the child.

Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking room. Guests can however smoke on their room balcony or terrace. Any guests caught smoking inside the room will be fined.

Do you have rooms that have services for those with disabilities?

At this stage our rooms do not have specific facilities for those with disabilities.

Nevertheless with have ramps and lifts, making access to all the parts of the hotel readily available for persons with disabilities.

Do the bathrooms have a bath or shower?

All rooms have private bathrooms, each fitted with separate bath and shower.

Which languages are spoken at the hotel?

All of our staffs are able to communicate in English and mostly able to speak Indonesian.

Is it possible to arrange for a tour guide?

Our Reception team will be able to assist you on-site or you may check out our helpful information regarding the nearby attractions.

Is a pick-up service available from the airport?

Yes, we offer airport pick-up and drop-off service at an addtional charge. You may inquire further and arrange this by contacting us in advance and please provide flight details along with your request.

Can I rent car at the hotel or nearby?

For those that hold a valid international drivers license, or Indonesian drivers license it is possible to rent self drive cars. If you would prefer a car with driver, this is possible too.

Do I have to book tours in advance or can I do this during my stay ?

You can book tours in advance or during your stay directly at reception desk.

What is the maximum number of people allowed in Deluxe Room or Deluxe Garden ?

Maximum occupancy in Deluxe room or Deluxe Garden room is 3 Adults or 2 Adults with 1 Child.

What is the hotel’s beach like, and do I pay for access to it?

Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach is an absolute Beach front property.  Access to the beach is free of charge – beach chairs are reserved for hotel guests only.

Do I need to bring towels along or will these be provided during our stay ?

We provide our guests with towels in the room during your stay as well as pool towels, which can be collected at the pool service counter.

Do you have meeting rooms?

Yes we have three meeting rooms.  Our Event Specialist would be available to work with you on your meeting plans.

I want to hold my wedding at Nikko. How many people can you seat beachside ?

We can seat 200 people maximum on the beach side. You can browse the available wedding packages on our website  by clicking here or contact our team for a tailored request.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

No pets are allowed.

Is there a dress code in the hotel ?

While there is no official dress code, we remind guests that Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach is a resort property with restaurant and bars situated beachside and indoors.  Dress for comfort and the warm tropical weather.

Do you have a guest loyalty or rewards program?

Yes, we do have a loyalty program called One Harmony.  Trough this membership, you may earn One Harmony Points for hotel stays reserved via Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center or official websites, or directly with Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach.

Can non-staying guests use your facilities?

Yes, they can use some of our facilities such as swimming pool and locker room by purchasing a Day Pass. You can find the information here.

Do you have in-house clinic?

No, but doctor-on-call is available 24-hour.
