We have partnered with Diversey, a world-leading company specializing in professional cleaning and hygiene solutions, to develop and implement a Cleanliness, Health, and Safety Program.
In addition, our hotel has received Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability Standards certification from the Ministry of Tourism & Creative Economy and our hotel employees have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

We would like to inform you that our swimming pool will be temporarily closed for refurbishment from 6 January 2025 to 30 April 2025.
This necessary work is to ensure that we continue to offer the highest standards of safety and enjoyment for all our guests.
During this period, Bali Luna Restaurant and Aloha Pool Bar will temporarily relocate, while other facilities such as Grand Benoa Resto, Nagisa Japanese Izakaya Dining Experience, Giorgio Italian Ristorante Pizzeria, Samudera Lounge, Fitness Center, Spa and Kids Club will remain fully operational for your enjoyment.

We had a special request for a seaview room and it has accomplished. The staff is very friendly! All of them ! The breakfast is Simply the best. Big selection and excellent quality. Absolutely loved it!
Nikko is amongst the nicest hotels around. Great pool, nice rooms with good airco and super clean. We enjoyed the balcony very much. Additionally, the breakfast was really elaborate and up to standards. Rarely have I eaten such good eggs. The staff, from front desk to maintenance were all super friendly. The hotel is also excellently positioned, close to many restaurants and massage places. I wished I could go back!!! Thank you team, for helping making my first Bali-trip unforgettable!!!

Originally booked 2 nights,extended to 4. Large clean quiet comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms, good AC and bathroom. Great breakfast, lovely pool with lots of loungers. Nice friendly staff. Restaurants onsite and closeby.

Lovely stay nice and quiet and clean comfortable rooms with fantastic staff with a smIle on their face all day. Nice big pool on the beach and cool pool bar. Were given a room with bad moisture and damp smell on second floor however on advising front desk we were moved no problems.

This hotel is amazing we had a fabulous time.The rooms are huge and lovely and clean , the staff are amazing so friendly and always with a smile .
