- Free entrance fee for outsourced vendors exclusive for venue rental
Legal Wedding - IDR13.000.000++
- Civil registration & government civil servant (Part of legal requirement)
- English-speaking wedding celebrant
- Document processing (Both legal & commitment wedding certificate)
- Transportation to the consulate in Bali
- Translation of the birth certificate of non-impediment (CNI), document legalization, and any additional translation

Terms & Conditions
- All rates displayed are valid T&C : immediately-December 2027.
- All conditions and rates are applicable at the time of publication and subject to change without prior notice.
- In case of bad weather, Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach offers a backup venue to continue the event.
- To secure the date and venue, a 50% non-refundable deposit from the wedding package & dinner reception is required by the latest 14 days after the agreement is signed.
- 50% of the rest of the payment should be settled by the latest 90 days prior to the wedding date.
- Cancellation received within the following period is subject to the following cancellation fees:
- Before 90 days prior to the wedding date-50% from the wedding package.
- Within 90 days prior to the wedding date-50% from the entire arrangement.
- Within 30 days prior to the wedding date-100% from the entire arrangement.
- Outside food & beverages are not allowed during the event and in the case of permission will be subject to additional corkage fees.
- Surcharge apply high season and peak season july-aug 2026/2027
The price is subject to 10% service charge and 11% government tax.
