Term & Conditions:
- Supporting audio-visual equipment such as laptop, banner, backdrop, lighting, and portable sound system should be provided by the guests
- The prices are valid at the time of publication and subject to change without prior notice
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of cancellation of food and beverage arrangement within 30 days, 100% of total estimated expenses will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation of the guest room the following policies would be applied:
a. within 60-30 days, 50% of total estimated expenses would be charged
b. less than 30 days, 100% cancellation fee applied - late arrival, early departure, reduction of total rooms required are considered as a cancellation, those 100% cancellation fee would be applied
Deposit Payments Are Required As follows
- 50% payable upon signing of event arrangement
- 50% payable on or before (1 month prior)
- Payable 14 calendar days prior to the event. all deposits and payments will be paid within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid issue invoice, all percentages above refer to the total anticipated revenue and are exclusive of applicable national and local tax
For Bookings Made Less Than a Month (30 days) In Advance
- A 50% deposit is required immediately to secure the space
- A 50% payable 9 days before the event
