Indonesia New Visa Regulation Updates – March 202018 March 2020News
In response to the development of COVID-19 situation, the Indonesian government has advised starting Friday, 20 March 2020, Visa Free Arrival and Visa on Arrival policies are suspended for one month for all the applicable countries.
Therefore, every foreigner who will visit Indonesia is required to have a visa from an Indonesia representative in accordance with the purpose of the visit. When applying for a visa, you must attach a health certificate issued by the health authority in each country.
In addition to that, travelers who within the last 14 days visited the countries below are not permitted to enter/transit Indonesia:

The hotel management has implemented a series of precaution measures at both the front and back of the house. On top of the heightened standard of cleaning and hygiene conduct in all the areas in the hotel, we have provided hand-sanitizer on various points across the hotels. An in-house clinic and 24-hours doctor-on-call service is also available for any guests who are feeling unwell.
We conduct daily body-temperature checks for all of our employees and ensure they are equipped with proper tools to handle all the tasks to comply with the latest hygiene and sanitation protocols.
We are monitoring the situation closely and continuously update our operating measures and protocols to comply with the standard from government authorities, hence allowing us to provide the most effective response to the situation.
