Hotel Nikko Bali Wins ASEAN MICE Venue Standard Award06 May 2022News
Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach celebrates its 5th year by receiving prestigious recognition from the ASEAN MICE Venue Standard Award in the category of Hotel/ Stand Alone Venue.
The ASEAN MICE Venue Standard (AMVS) is an accreditation developed by the ASEAN Tourism Organization to certify the venues which hold various business needs such as meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions among 10 ASEAN countries, namely, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Cambodia. The AMVS is also considered an essential and prominent guideline that is handled directly by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy as a reference to enhance the venue development.

The beachfront property offers 3 meeting rooms and multiple outdoor venues that can be tailored to accommodate the specific needs of each guest, both offline and online. For indoor meeting space, the resort showcases 3 different types of venues with unique attributes. Mandalika is a ballroom that measures 220 sqm and can host up to 120 people for cocktail and theatre setup. Winangsia offers a more compact setting with sunlight windows for up to 36 people in theatre style and is equipped with a manicured outdoor lawn where coffee breaks can be enjoyed with fresh air and sunshine. Winangsia also features floor-to-ceiling mirror panels that can be used for group activities such as dancing, fitness, yoga, etc. For a small meeting not exceeding 6 people, Penida comes with a boardroom setup for a comfortable assembly.
For outdoor venues, the five-star resort boasts a beachfront setting with a scenic view that can accommodate 120 people for a sit-down banquet and up to 180 people for a cocktail reception. Another equally gorgeous venue is the tropical garden, which highlights exotic greeneries for a perfect backdrop for a gala dinner under the starry sky. Smaller gatherings can be arranged at By The C venue, suitable for a casual get-together or reunion BBQ dinner with a warm and loving atmosphere. The resort also welcomes all sorts of social events and private gatherings, including table manners courses, birthday parties, graduation parties, and many more.
