Hotel Nikko Bali Launches Omakase Experience
19 November 2021Food & BeverageSpearheaded by Chef Katsumi Goda, a native-born and trained Japanese Chef, Nagisa Japanese Izakaya Dining Experience of Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach launches Omakase to delight the Japanese cuisine connoisseur.
Omakase Set Menu and Teppanyaki are now added to indulge your palate. Omakase means letting the chef decide the meals that will be served for you. So, entrusting the chef’s decision for your courses is the key. No need to be worried about what you will get, the chef will present you with the highest quality and freshest ingredients of the day.
“Omakase will give you a more personal dining experience as you will be served with a wide variety and interesting dishes, and unique food combinations that sometimes you will never imagine about, unlike you would find on a standard menu.” Explained Katsumi Goda, Japanese Chef at Nagisa Japanese Izakaya Dining Experience.
“Omakase means “I leave it up to you” in Japanese. Thus, the price varies depending on the ingredients and seasonality selected by the chef. However, at Nagisa Japanese Izakaya Dining Experience, our chef-prepared 2 options for your preferences. Omakase Set Menu is available at IDR 650.000 net per pax and Omakase Teppanyaki at IDR 750.000 net per pax.” Said Masaya Hasebe, General Manager at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach.
“If you are feeling adventurous in culinary, give yourself a chance to enjoy the Omakase and let the chef show off to serve you something new and unexpected. Trust the chef and you won’t be disappointed to enjoy the best value for money!” He further added.
